I don’t know how others find this agent worth a 5 star rating. I honestly don’t even know if he exists. I was reassigned to this agent when I moved to the area several years ago. not once have I ever seen nor heard from this agent. I was recently in an accident, and I couldn’t even get a hold of him by the numbers available to me, nor anyone at his office someone called me back a few hours later and transferred me over to claims. From there, my claim was opened, and I was given poor instructions to bring my vehicle to their certified place of repair. In which that place called me the following morning asking me not to bring my car there because they are not certified to work on it I’m still in a lot of pain. I’m still dealing with the headaches and whiplash. I shouldn’t be handling any of this all of my State Farm agents prior to whomever this is have always been there and handled everything for me to ensure that the claim would be handled smoothly. I’m tired. I’ve been calling around all day and I’m just done. I went ahead and called the home office and had them switched me to another agent. Not once did they ask for any feedback or why I wanted to change My agent. I’m starting to think that State Farm has gone down the shitter too. Hopefully my new agent can help me get through this and maybe it’s time to move to Allstate.
